Flooring installation

Tile & LVP

1. Demolition (if needed). We remove the old flooring, whether it’s tile, carpet, vinyl or laminate, so we’re starting with a clean subfloor.

2. Prep & leveling. We inspect the subfloor and fix any problem spots. If the floor isn’t flat, we use self-leveler so your new floor lays flat, without cracks, gaps or soft spots.

3. Installation.
Tile: each tile is set in thinset mortar, and we use a tile leveling system so neighboring tiles sit perfectly even, with no raised edges to catch your feet.
LVP: we lay underlayment where needed and lock each plank into place, leaving the proper expansion gap so the floor doesn’t buckle.

4. Finishing.
Tile: we grout the joints and clean the surface.
LVP: we install quarter round along the baseboards, plus transitions between rooms, for clean, finished edges.

We finish every job with a walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks right.
